Cancellation Policy

Bookings when made and paid for cannot be cancelled. You can reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your booking is due to take place. You must reschedule within 7 days of your original booking. Last minute cancellations (ie. within the 24 hour window) will be lost with no refund. All block bookings must be made in advance. The dairy fills up fast and if you have not booked in advance and all spaces are taken you will lose that week's support.
